OPERATING PROCESS & HIRE POLICY
The global COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. As a valued customer or service partner, I wanted to update you on how we are approaching the situation at My House 2 Home Interior Styling.
Firstly, the health and safety of our clients, colleagues and team is our absolute priority.
We are continuing to service our clients but have changed the way we operate to ensure we meet government and health authority guidelines.
Prior to installation we require our clients to notify us if:
Been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus?
Been suspected of having the COVID-19 virus or is awaiting results of whether they have the COVID-19 virus?
Been in contact with anyone who is suspected or is confirmed as having COVID-19 or is awaiting results?
Recently travelled overseas?
Had any cold or flu like symptoms linked to COVID-19 such as fever, cough or shortness of breath?
If any member of the household answers YES to any of these questions, I will contact you to agree appropriate arrangements, such as an alternate installation/collection date.
Similarly, if I meet any of the above criteria I will contact you to make alternate arrangements and will not enter your home.

During installation/collection we abide by government requirements which may include wearing a mask'
We will regularly sanitize our hands.
We will wipe down all hard rental objects with disinfectant.
If residents of the home are able to vacate the home (for legitimate reasons as outlined by the government) to allow us to work in the home alone then this is requested.
If this is not possible, then I will need to work alone in each room. Therefore, all members of the household would need to be situated in a different room to where we are working.
When I need to move throughout the house, I will ask you to vacate the area as I move through to ensure we adhere to social distancing laws.
We are also acutely aware that the situation is ever changing therefore our operations may change in accordance with government and health authority guidelines.

COVID-19 HIRE POLICY
In the event of a rental cancellation, then a full refund will be issued providing that the furniture has NOT been delivered.
If government restrictions change that mean we are not permitted to collect furnishings we will extend the rental term for that time free of charge.
If My House to Home (or the relevant furniture hire company) are in quarantine and unable to collect the rental furniture we will extend the rental term until we are able to collect the furniture free of charge.
